Would be nice to have a standard method to copy, rename, or move pages

or even namespaces.

Moving manually on the filesystem requires a reindex afterwards, swank_path and swank_wrap need updated, links to attachments need updated.

• Attachments must be considered!
• incoming links? (maybe redirect?)

XXX _link index currently does literal links text. It does not do absolute links.  So a link in /dir/page to "other" will index as "other", not "/dir/other".
