Revamp security & groups
        pages need access controls (access by group, access by user)
        private: only by family members (group coding still?)
        pages need locking (same as access by user?)
        access controls inherited from type (should be automatic)
        security code needs to do these checks (putting code in group is lame)
        fallback pages for when access is denied?
